We use beef offal from specially selected beef that has been carefully selected by the owner.The fat from the beef tripe is a key factor in the flavor of motsunabe.Please enjoy the delicious taste that only our carefully selected offal can provide.There are five types of hot pot available, including the classic miso and soy sauce, mentaiko salt flavor, mizore flavor, and seasonal motsu nabe.Be sure to try the salted mentaiko, a recommendation from the owner.
